What you can expect at the bench
A straightforward approach, clear pricing, and a written record of everything done to your watch.
Written service records
Every job leaves with a documented summary. You'll know what was inspected, what was replaced, and what the readings showed — in plain terms.
Assessment before any work begins
We look at the watch first and discuss the condition with you. No work starts until you understand what's involved and agree to proceed.
Suited to coastal conditions
Phuket's salt air and humidity affect watches differently than dry climates. Our reseal and service work accounts for these real local conditions.
Clear, upfront pricing
Prices are posted for each service category. You're told the cost at assessment — no additional charges are added without your agreement.
Respect for the original calibre
Movement work is done with attention to what's already there. Parts are refreshed only where needed — the goal is a watch that runs as it was designed to.
Easy communication throughout
You can reach us by phone or message at any point during a service. Updates on progress are given without needing to ask for them.
Is your watch due for attention?
Drop in to the bench on Thalang Road or send a message. We'll take a look and let you know where things stand before any work begins.
Common questions about our services
How do I know which service my watch needs?
Bring the watch in and we'll take a look at no charge. After a visual and functional check, we'll explain what we see and which service makes sense. There's no obligation to proceed.
How long does a typical service take?
A water-resistance reseal is usually ready within two to three working days. A quartz or hybrid service takes around five to seven days. Automatic movement restoration, which involves a full teardown and extended accuracy check, runs three to four weeks depending on parts availability.
Do you work on any brand of watch?
We work across a wide range of makes and movements. For very specialised calibres where manufacturer-specific tooling is required, we'll say so upfront and discuss the options with you honestly.
Will the price change after I drop the watch off?
The quoted price at assessment is what you pay, unless something unexpected is found during the work — in which case we contact you before continuing. Nothing additional is done without your agreement.
Is the water-resistance check suitable for dive watches?
Yes. The reseal service covers sport and dive-rated cases as well as everyday watches. We assess the rating on the case and discuss any relevant notes about what the result means for your intended use.
Can I mail my watch in if I'm not in Phuket?
We accept watches by post. Get in touch first so we can discuss packaging guidelines and confirm the scope of work before you send anything. We'll advise on safe return shipping as well.
